February Favorites
As February comes to an end, I wanted to share some of my favorite finds and favorites from this month. From TikTok to trends on campus to friend recommendations, I have found some of my favorite things that I highly recommend.
Conair’s fabric shaver is a MUST for my ladies whose go-to style is hoodies and leggings, like myself. With the use I get from some of my favorite pieces, they tend to get worn out over time and pill on the arms, legs, and backsides. This shaver gets rid of all the “pills” on your clothing and leaves them looking brand new. It leaves the surface smooth and can be used anytime you feel like your clothes need some “sprucing up.”
The Superfood cleanser has been all over my TikTok and raved about by my friends so I finally decided to bite the bullet and try it. I love the deep clean it gives my skin and the way my skin feels afterward is unmatched. It is noticeably smoother with a more even tone that leaves a great base for makeup!
This hoodie, by the brand Hangover Hoodies, is by far one of the comfiest sweatshirts I own. They have many options of cute designs and sayings and are the perfect example of “business in the front, party in the back.” It is your comfy, oversized black hoodie with some fun energy in the back and the perfect thing to throw on to run errands, go to class, or lounge around!
These clear slips for shoes, whether it be to survive the unpredictable yet constant rain in North Carolina or as an essential to bring to my trip to London in a few weeks, have saved my shoes many times. When I have these, I don’t have to worry about picking shoes that can survive the rain or simply choosing shoes based on how much I care if they were to get destroyed by a torrential downpour. This allows me to wear the shoes I want while still preserving them in the rain and snow!
I recently tried scallion pancakes so when I saw these at Trader Joe’s, although a little different, I knew I needed to pick them up and give them a try. They are so delicious and are the perfect addition to a meal or can even be eaten by themselves as a snack. It comes frozen and all you need to do is throw it on a pan and flip it until it is golden brown. It is super easy and quick to make and certainly doesn’t disappoint!
